"Door-to-Door"
It is the most comprehensive type of service. The process starts at the client's residence with a pick up and ends with delivery of his/her personal effects and positioned inside the residence. "Door-to-Door" service is designed to secure the smoothest move throughout a multi-modal and international logistics mode of transportation. |

"Door-to-Port"
It starts with a pick up from the client's residence and ends at port, our overseas agent's warehouse at destination. The client needs to arrange delivery of the freight along with Foreign Customs Formalities to his/her residence at their expense. |

"Warehouse-to-Door"
It starts when the freight is delivered to our / agent warehouse packed for shipping by the client and ends at their destination residence with his/her personal effects being delivered and positioned inside. | | |
"Warehouse-to-Port"
It starts when the freight is delivered to our / agent warehouse packed for shipping by the client and ends at our overseas agent's warehouse at destination. The client is responsible for the pre-packing of personal effects and to arrange a delivery of their freight to our facility. It should be noted that choosing this service is time consuming.
Amateur packing and insurance options for self-packing are limited and restricted in coverage. The client needs to arrange a delivery of the freight along with Foreign Customs Formalities to his/her residence at their own expense. | | |
"Self-load"
You pack, inventory and load yourself, while we arrange transportation from your residence.
This is common with full container (FCL) shipments. There are two options that can apply for "self-load": 1st option: "live-load"- a driver waits while goods are loaded for two free hours. 2nd option:" drop-and-pick"-a container positioned at your residence for a limited time for your goods to be loaded.

Pre-move surveyFree of charge or obligation
It is highly recommended that you contact us two to six weeks prior to your relocation in order to arrange a request for a free consultation and an on-site visit at your residence.
You should discuss and decide with your family what contents you want to take to your new home and make a comprehensive list. It is likely that there will be several items that you are unsure of, make a note of these items and discuss them with your Dynamic consultant.
When our consultant visits your home for a survey, he/she will need to complete a detailed survey of your possessions, looking into cupboards, drawers and wardrobes to assess your needs. He/she will make a list of the furniture and effects to be moved and take notes of any special packing and moving requirements. Once the survey is completed your consultant will spend as much as you require discussing any concerns you may have. Please try to list any things that you are unsure of and any questions that you have in advance of survey. Your consultant will answer all your questions or seek clarification and get back to you as such.

Packing and Pre-packing
On your scheduled pick-up date our professional crew will pack your personal effects including fragile items, furniture, work of arts, antiques and appliances with special care.
Full packing is included as part our complete "Door-to-Door Service".
Great care is given to ensure the protection of your property during the moving stage.
We can unpack and set up your home in the new location according to your floor plan.
You can store all of your extra items in our modern, fireproof, facility, maximizing space in your new home.
At Dynamic L.A. our movers are highly trained and experienced, and have the expertise to safely move all of your belongings – from your high-tech computer equipment to your art collections and antiques. We know how to wrap, pack and crate each item to ensure its safe transit. We will deliver to your door all of the packing materials you need, as you need them. This can include special boxes for televisions, computers, books, china, artwork and clothes.
Only the highest quality packing supplies and the most technically advanced moving equipment are used. Everything is carefully packed, marked and tagged. This ensures a quick and orderly set-up for any items that need to be disassembled and reassembled at your new home.
At Dynamic L.A., packing supplies are never a problem. We have all the materials to move even the most fragile of items and artwork. You also have the option of deciding how much you would like to pack and what you would like Dynamic L.A. to pack for you.
We will deliver the materials that you need as you need them, and advise you on what supplies you need and provide detailed information on how to best pack each item.
At Dynamic L.A. we can even custom-make boxes for your unusual-sized items. We can also handle any disassembling that may be required.
Careful packing is one of the most important aspects of your move. Well-packed household goods stand little chance of being damaged. Also, packing room by room can help to make unpacking and storage much less of a chore.

Receiving goods to our warehouse
All items that you purchased to be shipped with your personal effects can be delivered from your supplier directly to our warehouse. As part of our services, we will keep on file all receipts and inventory of items received in our warehouse on your behalf. Upon receiving the necessary details from you in advance we can then follow up with you to confirm deliveries and items received prior to your packing and shipping dates.

Valuable Freight Appraisal
If you are considering shipping valuable such as works of art or antiques, you may wish to obtain professional valuations of these items. This will assist you in the completion of a transit insurance form. It is never too early to start compiling a list detailing the replacement value of your effects at destination. This will be required when you come to arrange the insurance on your effects.

Storage
Dynamic L.A. Inc. offers long-term and short-term storage. Your personal effects are inventoried and kept in individual wooden crates. Your goods are well organized and secured.

Preparations for Export
For Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments, your personal effects will be transported by truck to our warehouse facility for final loading and shipping. It may be loose, on pallets or in wood lift vans which will be loaded and shipped in a consolidated (shared) steel container. Exclusive Full Containers (FCL) can be loaded directly at your residence, your storage or at our facility depending on access, the services you choose, budget and shipping needs. A Dynamic consultant will gladly discuss the different shipping options with you in detail so you may choose the best solutions for your specific shipment and needs.
